In order to create my AI-Enhanced Resumes I used the help of ChatGPT. I asked for the specific industries that they would focus on based off of my original resume and then I also included the resume for them to work off of it. I wanted to highlight certain strengths and things for each resume. For example, I wanted more of a compassion and community service priority for my Healthcare / Nursing Focus one. As for my Leadership / Student Focus one I needed it to focus more on the details of my planning skills, teamwork, and student engagement. Now to compare it to my original resume I definitely see differences. I think the AI-generated versions have more of a clear focus on whatever it needed to be. They also added a little more professional with descriptions and my original resume had more personality added to it. Throughout all of this I definitely learned that the more instructions you give, the more specific answers you receive. Also, it adjusted to the information only you provide and bounces off of that specifically. It has been a great experience with being able to use a tool that creates so much for us.
